Specialization is a prerequisite for the highest quality of service, which is why we only operate Siemens Vectron locomotives in our fleet. A homogeneous fleet of currently 210 AC and multi-system locomotives for freight and passenger transport offers our customers the best possible economies of scale. Our locomotives are on average only five years old. Through our close cooperation and partnership with Siemens, we contribute to the continuous further development of the platform.

We handle the leasing, maintenance, servicing, repair and insurance of locomotives for our customers. The core of the European Locomotive Leasing service offering is full-service fleet and maintenance management and our guarantee of maximum availability.

With our 100% electric fleet, we make a major contribution to reducing CO2 emissions in rail transport and thus actively contribute to the implementation of the EU Green Deal targets. We want to drive the European freight market forward with the greatest possible energy efficiency and climate neutrality.

Our Vectron fleet is proving its worth in European operations and is very popular with our 40 customers in currently 17 countries. Our partners appreciate the European Train Control System (ETCS) integrated into the locomotives, which we constantly keep up to date.

Our locomotives are also equipped with the various national train control systems with which we guarantee uninterrupted cross-border traffic.

Our modularly configurable locomotives are state of the art and are characterized by maximum energy efficiency.

We take care of all aspects of locomotive maintenance ourselves or with our long-standing partners: mobile intervention teams with locations along the main European corridors are also available at weekends. For more complex repairs, we have a dense network of more than 30 authorized workshops. A comprehensive spare parts logistics concept with our own spare parts warehouse also contributes to high fleet availability: Warehouse and transport logistics as well as IT and materials management are optimally interlinked. Materials and critical spare parts are handled by a specialized service provider network. Our experienced team and our lean and efficient structures ensure the shortest possible repair and overhaul times and therefore maximum availability.
