Description
Read PZB data from anywhere
The PZB transmitter from EDITH makes it possible to read out EFR data via remote access. True to the motto "by railwaymen for railwaymen", we have developed a device that reads the vehicle data from your DSK 10 and transmits it to your railway undertaking via a secure Internet protocol. With the PZB transmitter, it is no longer necessary to read out the driving data manually; the device does this fully automatically. You have full control over when and how often data is read out. Our Rail Network Module Report will be the interface for device management of all devices in the near future.
How it works
The PZB transmitter is connected to the DSK 10 via a serial connection. The device reads the EFR driving data via this connection using ADS4 (license required). The data is then transmitted to your RU via an Internet connection.
Advantages
With the PZB transmitter, no logistical effort is required. You can read out the data conveniently and remotely from your office. The data is read out automatically and integrates seamlessly into your day-to-day operations. If you need a data record immediately, you can initiate the readout for the next possible time. Remote reading saves your company time and money. You benefit from the PZB transmitter from the very first readout.
Technology
The heart of the PZB transmitter is a computer system with a powerful processor. This PC runs specially developed software that ensures error-free data transmission using ADS4. To ensure transmission via the Internet, a 4G modem is used, which is included in the scope of delivery.
